The front receptionist Dicilia was no where to be found when I arrived. After she showed up 10 minutes later with coffee in hand I tried registering my mom for her appointment. After we finished the process (I referred my mom to this office) I tried scheduling an appointment for myself. She totally ignored me and never scheduled the appointment. I had to wait for another receptionist to do it. Dicilia is totally unprofessional and rude. Needs customer service training and attitude adjustment. Not my first time dealing with this. The only reason I remain with this office spending my “hard earned money” are due to the physicians. But I hate that I have to deal with her. She has no people skills. Other than that the office is pretty good.
