Geraldine brought the sweetest, kindest energy from the moment I sat down, immediately putting me at ease. Periodontal cleanings can feel intimidating, but she was so gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with such professionalism and care. I never felt rushed, even at the end of a long week, and that meant so much.
