I came to Dentists at Midtown with so much fear because of the trauma and painful experiences I had at other dental offices. I had even considered just continuing to take pain pills whenever I had a toothache because I was so afraid of seeing another dentist. Dr. Bell was one of the first doctors I met, and from our very first conversation, she could tell how scared I was. She reassured me that I was in great hands and had absolutely nothing to worry about. She took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my teeth—something no other dentist had ever done. Every dentist I had seen before would simply recommend extracting my teeth without explaining the underlying issues. Dr. Bell emphasized how important it was to begin treatment as soon as possible to prevent more pain and further damage. She is one of the kindest, most trustworthy, gentle, and phenomenal doctors I have ever met. Just as she promised, she made sure I was comfortable and experienced no pain during my treatment. Geraldine did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was very thorough and also educated me on what I can do at home to better care for my teeth and improve my oral health. Dr. Celis performed my tooth extractions. I was extremely nervous because I didn’t want to experience the pain I had gone through in the past. Before the procedure, he explained everything he would be doing and approximately how long it would take. I was put to sleep, and before I knew it, I woke up with the procedure completely finished. I honestly didn’t even realize I had fallen asleep—and once again, I experienced no pain. Dr. Saab performed my root canal. I went in terrified because I didn’t know what to expect. She reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that everything would go smoothly. She was absolutely right. The procedure was painless, and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I am beyond satisfied with every doctor who has cared for me at Dentists at Midtown. Thanks to all of them, I am finally free from the constant toothaches that I had been living with for so long. Every dental assistant was also amazing—they were compassionate, encouraging, and constantly reassured me that I had come to the right place. I am truly grateful to the entire team. If you have dental anxiety or have had bad experiences in the past, I cannot recommend Dentists at Midtown enough. They have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and I will forever be thankful for the care they gave me. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Very happy with Alex our dentist hygienist

Went in as a new patient for an emergency exam. They were very transparent and patient. It was my first time in the dentist in a long time. They were more expensive than other dentists but had multiple specialists in house preventing me from having to be referred. They were very communicative and understanding. Francesca the office manager was able to set up in house fincaing with no interest. Victor the oral surgeon was super caring and communicative ensuring I had zero pain and was comfortable while having two teeth extracted. Christy the dentist took her time to understand my dental health, and answer my questions and consult my needs. I don’t remember the names of the assistants. But the tech who took my x ray was very friendly and efficient and allowed me to see my x rays. The two assistants in my room I could tell were in sync with the oral surgeon and were on top of the procedure. They were very through in explaining after care and ensuring I was taken care of. I’m very grateful to have had my care here and can’t recommend these people enough.
